We offer a comprehensive transfer package to ensure smooth and hassle-free transportation during your stay in Prague for the JKA European Championships 2025. Below, you will find all the details regarding shuttle services and transfer arrangements.

Shuttle Service

Transfers are exclusively available for participants staying in one of the officially recommended hotels.

What’s included in the service

Round-trip transfer to and from Václav Havel Airport Prague on your arrival and departure days.
Daily transportation between your hotel and the sports hall on Friday and Saturday.

Price – 40 EUR per person

(The fee covers all transfers included in the service.)

To book your transfers, please complete the Google Form by providing details about your arrival, departure, and the number of passengers in your group. A link to the form will be made available soon.

To secure your transfers, please transfer the total payment for your team or delegation by 10 March, 2025.

Important Notes

Transfers are guaranteed only for bookings made by the payment deadline of 10 March, 2025.
Ensure all members of your team or delegation are accounted for when making your payment.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation if staying at accommodations other than the officially recommended hotels.
